Reservations are essential.

Private Room: $7950* per person. A deposit of $2846 is due upon registration to hold your space for a private room if you wish to pay in installments.

Double Occupancy Room: $7200* per person. A deposit of $2070 per person is due upon registration to hold your space for a double occupancy room if you wish to pay in installments.

If you choose to pay in installments, both Private and Double Occupancy Rooms also have the following 4 payments of $1345:
• $1345 per person due on July 1, 2024
• $1345 per person due on September 1, 2024
• $1345 per person due on November 1, 2024
• $1345 per person due on February 1, 2025

Substantial advance deposits are made by Studio 2: Artful Travels on behalf of those participants traveling with us. Because of the many expenses incurred in making travel arrangements (including but not limited to reservations, international communications and purchases), deposits are subject to the following terms and conditions. Any and all deposits received from a Participant will be held for the sole and exclusive use of Studio 2: Artful Travels in making travel arrangements including advance deposits and expenses for the benefit of the participant. There are no refunds. If you must cancel, you must find someone to take your place and make payment before your monies will be returned/refunded to you. If, in the unlikely event that Studio 2: Artful Travels has to cancel, you will receive a refund. Personal checks are accepted for payment. TRAVEL AND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Chauffeured transportation for all inter-city links once the program begins; accommodations for nine nights, nine breakfast, five lunches, nine dinners, chauffeured day trips from the villa to other areas of interest per the accompanying schedule; optional art instruction, most art supplies and assistance by two travel directors.

Airfare, airport surcharges, taxes, duties, fines, tariffs, other breakfasts, other lunches, other dinners, other transportation, beverages, laundry, personal items, health insurance, travel insurance, and any and all items not specifically covered above.

Art and its pursuit are unique to everyone. Every effort shall be made by Studio 2: Artful Travels to enhance the participant’s travel and artistic experience. Studio 2: Artful Travels cannot be held responsible if the tour Participants experience does not meet expectations. Studio 2: Artful Travels will supply itineraries, services and accommodations as outlined above. If, however, these cannot be supplied due to cause beyond the control of Studio 2: Artful Travels, including but not limited to, strikes of any kind, war, terrorist actions, acts of God, unreliability or unavailability of travel or other services. Studio 2: Artful Travels reserves the right, without prior notice to substitute services or accommodations. No refunds will be available for unused meals, accommodations, transportation or any other provided service for Participant who leaves the tour group or for any reason, fails to participate in activities provided by Studio 2: Artful Travels. No substitutions of any kind will be permitted. All expenses including but not limited to, airfare charges, transfer charges, accommodations and other travel costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of any Participant who extends their stay abroad beyond the travel dates provided by Studio 2: Artful Travels.

As a participant with Studio 2: Artful Travels, you hereby affirm that you are in good health, that you have (or will obtain) a valid passport and health insurance and that you voluntarily engage in travel to foreign countries and points abroad. You understand and agree that you are booking with an educational tour which may involve self navigated travel in a foreign country using various methods of transportation, that you may travel in a foreign unsupervised by Studio 2: Artful Travels, that there are risks inherent to such travel, and that you assume all risks of travel including but not limited to unreliability or unavailability of travel or other services, vehicular traffic, and automobile accident, inclement weather conditions, illness and death. You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless, Studio 2: Artful Travels, its officers, employees, agents, or assigns (hereinafter ”Released Parties”) from any and all liability or responsibility while traveling with Studio 2: Artful Travels, which may result in personal injury, property damage, wrongful death or any other economic or non-economic damages to you, your family, heirs or assigns. You hereby waive any claims you may have against the Released Parties which may occur as a result of your participation in travel with Studio 2: Artful Travels or as a result of negligence of any party, including the Released Parties, whether passive or active. You hereby state and warrant that you are of lawful age and legally competent to sign this Agreement and liability release.

Entire Agreement: You hereby state that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and understand it contains the entire Agreement between Artful Travels and the Participant. The Participant agrees that Artful Travels will not be liable or obligated for any oral representations and that promotional information supplied by Artful Travels shall not be considered as part of this Agreement.

Attorneys Fees: In the event of non-payment or default of any term of this Agreement by the Participant, the Participant agrees to pay the costs and expenses of collection including reasonable attorneys fees.

Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of California.

Arbitration: If there be any dispute between Studio 2: Artful Travels and the Participant with respect to this Agreement, the issue(s) shall be expeditiously submitted to the local office of the American Arbitration Association (hereafter “AAA”) before a single arbitrator and the determination of the arbitrator appointed by AAA thereto, shall be binding upon the parties. The arbitration shall take place in San Diego, California. All costs and expenses of the arbitration, including actual attorney fees, shall be awarded to the prevailing party, provided however, if the arbitrator cannot or will not determine a prevailing party, then all costs and expenses of the arbitration including actual attorney fees shall be allocated among the parties according to the arbitrator’s discretion. By making a deposit or payment in full, you hereby agree that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
